Level 1 of the Abre Tu Boca Method — where we make real-time contact with the inner voice. Pen to paper is the invocation. The page is the threshold where the voice enters the world.

Inside Level 1, the Method moves in two stages:

1) Inner Voice Activation — writing from the body, unfiltered and alive.

2) Lens-Based Perception — witnessing the writing as landscape. Not critique. Not editing. Just seeing.

As you go deeper, you learn to refine the writing through the same lens. That’s Level Two — shaping and moving the voice forward.
