Join me for explorations into the practice of yoga: from the inside out and beyond, with concepts and principles to help deepen your practice. There will be seated, active, and restorative practices in each 75-minute class, and it is accessible for all levels of students with a familiarity of the basics of a sun salutation. We will activate our vision from the center out, tracing the pranic path and subtle body to strengthen our personal practice. And if you don't have one, this will help you begin.

This is a donation-based class, with an encouragement for those with means to support and pay forward for those without, which means all are welcome regardless of economic status.
